摘要
我国水资源时空分布极不均匀,且随着人口增加、经济发展和城市化水平的提高,水资源供需矛盾日益尖锐,农业干旱缺水和水资源短缺已成为我国经济和社会发展的重要制约因素,因此,发展节水灌溉技术已迫在眉睫。目前我国学者对节水灌溉技术及水资源可持续利用进行了一定的研究,并取得了丰硕的成果,然而缺乏对节水灌溉技术推广应用困难的足够重视。据此,从目前我国节水灌溉技术发展的现状入手,分析节水灌溉技术推广应用中存在的问题,进而提出相应的应对策略,为我国节水事业的发展提供借鉴和理论指导。
The space-time location of water resources in China is not well balanced. As the population increasing,economy developing and urbanization advancing, the imbalance between supply and demand of water has become increasingly acute. At present, many scholars of China make a number of researches in water-saving irrigation techniques and sustainable use of water resources, and have achieved fruitful results,but pay less attention to difficulties in promoting the water-saving irrigation technology. This article, started with the present development of the water-saving irrigation technology, analyzes the problems existed in popularization and application of water-saving irrigation technology, puts forward the corre- sponding coping strategies and provides theoretical guidance and reference for development of water-saving in China.
