摘要
按照正交设计L9(34)在含粗蛋白46.1%、能量13.80 MJ/kg的基础饲料中添加植酸酶500、7501、000U/kg,小肽0.2%、0.3%、0.4%和中草药制剂0.05%、0.10%、0.15%并制成9种不同饲料,以不添加为对照进行为期70 d的饲养试验。结果表明,添加500 U/?植酸酶、0.3%小肽和0.1%中草药制剂的试验组,其增重率、饲料系数、成活率和特定生长率均为最佳,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),氮、磷排放减少,养殖效果最理想。
Nine diets formulated by L9 (3^4)orthogonal design to add phytase 500,750 and 1000U/kg, Small Peptide(SP)0.2% ,0.3% and 0.4% ,and Chinese Herbal Medicine 0.10% ,0. 15% and 0. 200/60 in the basic diet of protein 46% ,energy 13.80MJ/kg were fed to juvenile Centropristis striata,didn't add for the control group. The experiment fish were reared for 70-days. The results showed that the best on weight gain rate(WGR),feed conversion ratio(FCR),survival rate(SR)and specific growth rate(SGR )for the diet added phytase S00U/kg, SP 0.3% and Chinese herbal medicine 0. 1%, there were significant differences with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Its reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus excreting, and the best breeding was reached.
