摘要
目的探讨胡桃楸叶乙醇提取物(AELJ)对X射线照射所致小鼠造血功能损伤的影响。方法40只小鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、照射对照组、AELJ低剂量(300mg/kg)组、AELJ高剂量(600mg/kg)组。测定小鼠外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数、血清铁含量。结果与照射对照组比较,AELJ高、低剂量组小鼠外周血白细胞数、骨髓有核细胞数均显著增高(P<0.05);小鼠血清中铁含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论AELJ对放射所致小鼠造血功能损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与促进骨髓造血功能恢复有关。
Objective To study the effects of alcohol extract of the leaves of Juglans mandshurica Maxim(AELJ) on Hematopoietic function of irradiated mice.Methods The mice were randomly divided into four groups including normal control group, irradiating control group, lowdose of AELJ group and high dose of AELJ group.The number of the peripheral white blood cells(PWBC) and the bone marrow nucleated cells(BMC) were detected, the content of serum iron was determined also.Result Compared to irradiating control group,the number of PWBC and BMC of the low dose of and high dose of AELJ group increased significantly(P 〈0.05);the content of serum iron decreased significantly(P 〈0.05) both in the low dose and high dose of AELJ(P 〈0.05).Conclusion The results of our experiment showed that AELJ has certain protective effects on mice with irradiation damage induced by X-rays and its mechanisms may be related to promoting the recovery of hematopoietic function.
