摘要
研究三七根系分泌物中的疏水性物质,利用D101大孔吸附树脂柱层析,硅胶柱进行化合物的分离纯化,根据其理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定,从三七根系分泌物中的疏水性物质部分分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为原人参三醇(protopanaxatriol)、人参皂苷Rh1(ginsenoside Rh1)、韩国人参皂苷R1(Korgoginsenoside R1)、羽扇豆-20-烯-3β,16β-二醇-3-阿魏酸酯(Lup-20-ene-3β,16β-diol-3-ferulate)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitostero)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)。
The studies use D101 macroporous resin column chromatography and silica gel column for separation and purification to research the hydrophobic matter in root exudates at different growth stages, then according to the physicochemical properties of these substance and identification the structure by spectrum data, the hydrophobic matter has six chemical components, they are protopanaxatriol(1), ginsenoside Rhj, Korgoginsenoside R1, Lup-20 ene-3β,16β-diol-3-ferulate, β-sitosteroand daucosterol, respectively.
