摘要
我国餐饮业快速发展的同时食品安全问题并没有得到有效的解决。本文在分析我国餐饮业食品安全存在的主要问题的基础上,就如何建立和完善餐饮业食品安全监管体系,着重从6个方面进行了研究。并对我国餐饮业食品安全监管工作进行了展望。
The food safety problem has not yet been solved while catering industry developed rapidly. Based on the analysis of Chinese catering industry food safety problems, the article made a study from six aspects on how to establish and improve food safety supervision system, and looked into the future of supervision work on Chinese catering industry food safety.
