摘要
本文根据ISO/IEC17025:2005国际标准中人员要素的相关内容,围绕本实验室在人员长期培训管理模式上的探索和实践,闸述了本实验室在人员培训过程中的实施系统化、规范化、制度化的新思路和新方法,总结了人员培训的管理对实验室自我完善、持续发展所起到的作用。
According to relative contents of personnels in the ISO/IEC17025:2005, based on the researches and practices of management mode of long-term personnel training in our laboratory, the article describes a new idea and new method on the systematization, regulation and formation of application of personnel training, and summarizes the effect of the personnel training on self-perfection and sustainable development.
