摘要
企业竞争力一直是理论界研究的热门课题,但每个人的研究视角都不尽相同。我们认为,企业竞争力应该是拥有对手所不能及的资源,并且很好地整合这些资源,从而比竞争对手更有效、更有利地传送满足顾客欲望的商品或服务的能力。文章从虚拟价值链的角度展开分析,认为利用虚拟价值链的价值增值效应、整合协同效应、系统化效应和粘滞效应,可以提高顾客让渡价值,减少顾客成本,最终让顾客满意以至忠诚,从而使企业获取持久竞争力。
Competitive power of enterprises is always a hot topic in the theoretacal field. But me researcn angles of everybody are always different. As far as I am concerned, competitive power should be the ability that obtain precious resources and integrate these resources, so that we can serve the customer much better. This paper makes up analysis from the angle of virtual value chain. Through the effect of appreciation, integration, systematization and locking of virtual value chain, we can rise the value of product, reduce customers' cost, eventually make customers satisfaction, so that the customers can be loyal to us. When we have done all of these things, we can get lasting competitive power.
