摘要
针对莱钢特殊钢厂2#合金钢大方坯连铸机因二冷段对弧精度较低导致生产过程中频繁出现的产品质量问题,提出通过构建离线对弧机构对对弧方式进行优化。采取上述措施后,铸坯及轧材质量得到了明显的改善,为企业取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Product quality problems were often occurred in No. 2 alloyed steel bloom caster in Laigang because of low radian precision of the secondary cooling area. The radian mode was optimized by building offline radian organization. After adopting the measures, the quality of the billets and the rolled products were improved obviously. Significant economic and social benefits were obtained.
