摘要
通过金相分析、SEM和EDS等方法,研究AlSi7MgBe铝合金固溶处理过程中Si相和Fe相的变化。结果表明,固溶处理过程中Si相和Fe相组织变化可概括为尖端钝化、溶断和粒化,并且与常规T5热处理制度相比,固溶处理后的力学性能得到较大的提高。
Changes of si phase and Fe phase were researched in the course of solution treatment on AlSi7MgBe aluminum alloy through such methods as metallographic analysis,SEM and EDS.The results showed that changes of Si phase structure and Fe phase structure in solution treatment could be summarized as point passivation,fusing and granulation.They also showed that mechanical properties were largely improved after solution treatment than these in regular T5 heat treatment system.
