摘要
喷水织机废水是一种水质成分复杂的废水,本文实验用的BAF通过采用新型火山岩填料,和当前广泛应用的粘土陶粒填料对长兴地区的喷水织机废水处理效果进行对比研究,分别检测3种不同工况条件下(进水分别为0.8、0.6、0.4m3·h-1,气水比分别为1:1、2:1、3:1)两种填料处理后的进出水的BOD5,采用火山岩填料和陶粒填料的滤池对于BOD5的去除率分别可达到65%和60%以上,出水BOD5均达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)二级标准,说明曝气生物滤池工艺处理喷水织机废水可生化污染物是一种较为理想的处理工艺。
Hydraulic loom wastewater is a sort of wastewater with complex water quality. This study apply one new kind of lava stuffing and the widely used clay hadite stuffing to the Hydraulic loom wastewater treatment, and exam BOD5 of influent land effluent after the treatment under three work conditions (flow rate is 0.8,0.6,0.4 m^3·h^-1 ,gas water ratio is 1:1,2:1,3:1,respectively). The removal rate of those BAFs with two different stuffing can reach over 65% and 60%, respectively and the BOD5 of effluent can reach (GB18918-2002) secondary standard .This implies BAF process is one desirable process for the Hydraulic Loom wastewater treatment.
