摘要
本文建立了鳗鱼中双甲脒及其代谢产物残留量的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。鳗鱼中残留的双甲脒经水解生成2,4-二甲基苯胺,水解产物用正己烷提取、酸碱液液净化后,用气相色谱-质谱测定。本方法的平均回收率为65.52%~75.95%,变异系数为6.61%~9.38%,最小检测浓度为0.005mg·kg-1,适用于鳗鱼中双甲脒及其代谢产物残留量的测定。
A method was developed to determine acaricides amitraz and its metabolite residues in eel by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Amitraz was hydrolysis into 2,4-xylidine, its metabolite was extracted by hexane after cleaned-up, finally determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The average recovery is of 65.52%-75.95%, the coefficient of variation is 6.61%-9.38%. The limit of detection (LOD) of this method is about 0.005 mg ·kg^-1. It can be applied to determination of acaricides amitraz and its metabolite residues in eel.
