摘要
以红掌完全展开的幼嫩叶片作为外植体,利用不同浓度的BA和2,4-D的30个组合为脱分化培养基,利用4个不同BA浓度作为增殖与分化培养基,以5个不同浓度NAA作为生根培养基进行对比试验,结果表明:最佳脱分化培养基为MS+BA1.0mg·L-1+2,4-D0.2mg·L-1,愈伤组织诱导率达到90%;最佳的增殖和分化培养基为MS+BA1.0mg·L-1;最佳的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.5mg·L-1。
The young expanded leaves were used as explants and media for various culture stages were selected to establish the rapid propagation system in A nthurium androaeanum Lind. Results showed that the optimal media were MS+BA 1.0 mg·L^-12,4-D 0.2mg· L^-1 for inducing callus formation, MS+BA 1.0 mg· L^-1 for callus multiplication and adventitious bud formation, 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg· L^-1 for inducing adventitious root formation.
