摘要
文化领导力是一种领导认知力、领导观,是领导力的核心构成要素。就功能而言,文化领导力是一种文化层面的影响力。它对领导活动具有导向作用、制约作用和示范作用。作为一种软领导力,文化领导力是领导力的核心和灵魂。文化领导力又是一种领导战略思维,体现领导的战略力量。
Culture leadership is leadership cognition and concept of leadership. It＇ s the core factor of leadership. In function, culture leadership is a force in culture. It is oriented,restricted and demonstrated leadership. As a soft leadership, culture leadership is the core and soul of leadership. Culture leadership is a leadership stratagem. It exhibit leader＇s force of stratagem.
