摘要
以栽培桃品种瑞光19(Amygdalus persica L.cv Rueiguang 19)与夏魁(A.persica L.cv Xiakui)杂交的F1代为试材,以BSA法用SSR分子标记进行遗传分析。结果表明,在48对SSR引物中表现出多态性带型的有9对,其中在花药颜色上表现有差异的有6对,即CPPCT006、BPPCT016、CPPCT029、BP-PCY011、CPPCT022、CPSCT023;在萼筒内壁颜色上有差异的有6对,即BPPCY011、CPPCT030、CP-PCT005、CPPCT022、UDP98-214、BPPCT016(引物BPPCT016、CPPCT029,BPPCY011、CPPCT022、CP-SCT023在花药颜色上和萼筒内壁颜色上都表现有差异)。在这些引物中没有与果肉颜色相关的连锁群,而与花粉育性相关的连锁群有1个,该连锁群长58.7 cM,标记间平均图距为29.35cM。与花粉育性最近的引物为CPPCT016,其标记图距为22cM。
Taking peach Amygdalus persica L. cv Ruiguang 19 and Amygdalus persica L. cv Xiakui of the FI hybrid as the test materials, genetic analysis was made by SSR molecular markers using BSA. The result showed that there were 9 pairs of polymorphism in 48 pairs of SSR primer There were 6 pairs of CPPCT006,BPPCT016,CPPCTO29,BPPCY011,CPPCT022, and CPSCT023 in difference of anther color performance and 6 pairs of BPPCY011,CPPCTO30,CPPCT005,CPPCT022,UDP98-214,BPPCT016 in difference of calyx tube wall color performance,there existed difference among BPPCTO16,CPPCT029,BPP-CY011,CPPCT022,CPSCT023 both in anther color and calyx tube wall color performance. There were no linkage groups related to the flesh color. Only 1 linkage group related to pollen fertility. Its length was 58.7 cM, and the average map distance between markers was 29.35cM. The nearest primer to pollen fertility was CPPCT016. Its average map distance was 22cM.
