摘要
选择体重、胎次、泌乳量均接近的健康荷斯坦奶牛48头,研究不同温湿指数(THI)条件下奶牛生理常数的变化。结果表明,在夏季热应激时期,奶牛的呼吸频率和直肠温度极显著地高于冬季非热应激处理组(P<0.01)。可见热应激显著提高了奶牛的直肠温度和呼吸频率。
48 Holstein cows were used in the present study to examine the influence of heat stress on physiological response of dairy cows, which had identical body weight, parities and milk yield under different temperature-humidity index (THI). The results showed that the rectal temperature and respiratory rate of dairy cattle under heat stress in summer were significandy higher than those in winter (P〈0.01). Heat stress could raise the rectal temperature and respiratory rate of dairy cattle.
