摘要
高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,辅导员队伍职业化会使辅导员定位和工作职责更加明确,有利于队伍的稳定和科研工作的开展,此为解决辅导员队伍工作弱化的有效措施。然而,高校辅导员职业化过程中会遇到一些问题,本文针对这些问题,提出一些解决方法。
College instructors are an important component of the college teachers and managers.Professionalization makes it more clearly in locations and duties for instructors.It is the effective measure to solve the weakening of the instructors work.However,the professionalization of college instructors will encounter some problems,and this paper addresses these issues and proposes some solutions.
