摘要
采用ANSYS软件对低碳钢平板的高频感应线状加热弯板成形过程进行热弹塑性有限元分析。利用相关数值结果定性分析了板材几何尺寸对温度场、最终面内收缩变形和角变形的影响,比较了3个不同尺寸平板以及单一变化板宽或板长的各类变形、应力场及塑性应变。研究结果表明,加热条件完全相同时,平板尺寸的变化对最终温度场的变化影响不大;平板长度及宽度方向的尺寸变化对平板的变形均有较大影响。
The ANSYS software was used for thermal-elastic-plastic finite element analysis of mild carbon plate bending process using high frequency induction heating apparatus.Numerical results were used to qualitatively analyze the influences on temperature field,final shrinkage and angular distortion,which were caused by the changes of material,geometry of panel.The distortions,stress fields and plastic strain of panel of three non-identical sizes panel and single change of wide or long are comparied.Research shows that the change of geometry of ship panel have no influence on final temperature field, but have large influence on final shrinkage and angular distortion.
