摘要
以赤灵芝为原料,对超声辅助提取灵芝三萜的工艺进行了研究。结果表明,生长50d的灵芝其灵芝三萜的提取率最高,其超声提取的最佳工艺参数为:超声功率为250W,乙醇浓度为75%,超声时间为50min,料液比为1:25,提取温度为80℃,此条件下灵芝三萜提取率为1.141%。
Triterpenoids was extracted by ultrasound-assisted method from Ganoderma lucidum. The results showed that the highest yield of triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum was achieved using Ganoderma lucidum with grow period of 50 days. The optimal extraction condition of triterpenoids was as follows: concentration of ethanol 75%, extration time 50 min, ultrasonic power 250W, extraction temperature 80℃ and material-liquid ratio 1:25. Under these conditions, the expected yield of triterpenoids reached 1.141% in the validated experiment.
