摘要
随着知识经济时代进程的加快,企业对人力资源培训的重视越来越得以显现。有研究表明,学习型组织与人力资源培训和开发之间是一种辩证统一的关系。国内企业如何发挥培训的作用,促进学习型组织的建立还存在着不少问题值得反思。我国企业要想通过培训促进组织学习和创建学习型企业,必须要构建与之相适应的培训学习体系和知识交流、共享平台。
With the acceleration of the process of knowledge economy era, human resources training got more and more attention. Research has shown that learning organization and human resources training are among a relationship of dialectical unity. Domestic enterprises how to play the role of training and promoting the establishment of learning organization. There are still many problems worthy of reflection. China's enterprises through training in order to promote organizational learning and the creation of a learning enterprise, must be constructed with suitable training systems and knowledge exchange, sharing platform.
