摘要
使用机械陀螺、工控计算机及模拟图像的某型现役高炮瞄具训练仪在性能、稳定性及维护保障等诸方面已不能满足部队训练需要。利用嵌入式计算机系统替代工控计算机和模拟电路控制箱对航路产生和瞄准跟踪进行控制;运用计算机仿真技术模拟机械陀螺的工作特性,将原陀螺瞄具与航路显示器合二为一改为数字化训练仪瞄准头,并自动评判成绩;利用编码器采集模拟火炮转台的方位、高低参量并经A/D转换后输送计算机解算;采用硬盘替代录像机存储训练结果的图像。数字化改进后的训练仪简化了结构,拓宽了训练功能,提高了训练效率,达到了改进目的。
A certain type of AA gun aiming simulator made use of mechanical gyro, industrial computer and analog image and under active service cannot meet the training needs of troops in aspects of performance, stability and maintenance guaranty, etc.. Embedded computer system was used to replace industrial computer and analogous circuit control box to control airway and aiming track. The computer emulation technology was used to simulate the working specificity of mechanical gyro. Two components including gyro aiming device and airway display were combined into single one (digital training aiming simulator head), it can automatically judge the training result. Availed coder was used to gather azimuth and height of simulated gun revolving table, and the azimuth and height data were transmitted into computer to perform calculation by means of A/D transformation. Computer HD was used to replace VCR to memorize the digital image of training result. The simulator with digitalization improvement has advantages of simplified structure, enhannced training functions and efficiency. The improvements have arrived at the goal of development and research.
