摘要
火炮身管内膛表面缺陷修复是提高火炮弹道学性能的一种重要技术手段。在线修复方法利用火炮射击时产生的高温高压环境气化或离化修复剂材料,在身管内膛表面形成一层耐磨和耐烧蚀的陶瓷涂层,能有效地修复内膛表面缺陷。试验证明,在线修复可以使火炮内膛表面变得光滑平整,膛径增大趋势大大减缓。该方法是一种简便易行的并适用于所有火炮身管内膛表面缺陷修复的在线修复方法。
Surface defect renovation of gun barrel bore is an important technical means to enhance ballistic performance of gun system. The online renovation method made use of gasified material produced during gun fire under condition of high temperature and high pressure, and the material formed a wearable and ablation resistance ceramic film in barral bore to carry out online renovation effectively. The test results indicated that online renovation can lubricate and smooth the surface of gun barral bore, greatly decrease the increasing trend of bore diameter. The method is a kind of simple, easy and efficient method, and it can be widely used in surface defect renovation of barrel bore of all kinds of gun system.
