摘要
食品应急物流在理论研究和在实际操作中都没有得到充分的重视。文中从食品应急物流的内涵分析出发,研究了应急食品的特点和分类,并以A省应急管理实战经验为基础探讨了食品应急物流的阶段划分及其运作流程设计。合理的运作流程设计可以提高食品应急物流的运作效率,文中研究成果对实践具有一定的指导意义。
There' s no enough attention to the research of food emergency logistics theoretically and practically. The paper analyses the essence of the food emergency logistics, the feature of the emergency food and its classification. Based on the Province A' s experience in emergency logistics operation, the paper also discusses the different phases of food emergency logistics and designs an operation process for it. With an appropriate operation process the efficiency of the food emergency logistics can be improved, which is the purpose of the discussion.
