以C16~C18醇、马来酸酐、甲基丙烯酸等为原料,制备了皮革复鞣防水加脂材料,并对其性能进行了探讨。表1。
Abstract mol C 16 ~C 18 fatty alcohol is added into a 3 mouth flask with a reflux condeser and heated to melt in an aqueous bat, and added by maleic anhydride in batch under stirring, heated to 90~95℃, kept the temperature for 3~3.5h. A certain quantity of surfactant is soluble in a 3 mouth flask with water, heated to 80℃. 0.1mol melted monoester of higher alcohol maleic acid is slowly added into the reaction flask and stirred for 15min at a high speed. The bath temperature is adjusted to 75℃, and 0.13mol methyl acrylic acid, 0 02mol acrylamide and 4.2g 30% hydrogen peroxide are dropped into the mixture, then stirred for 5min, raised to the temperature of 90℃, stirred for 1.5h at a constant temperature, while the stirring treatment may be, after that, continued, and then cooled, reduced to 40℃, and finally the pH of the compound is neutralized to 7 with a sodium hydrate solution to get a white paste. A small amount of chlorinated paraffin wax, and sodium sulfonic acid of alkyl amide maleic acid monoester are added into the mixture, stirred uniformly to obtain the title product.
