摘要
研究了ZEOSIL175和ZEOSIL175Gr沉淀法白炭黑在载重子午线轮胎胎冠胶中应用的可行性,并进行了小配合和车间大料试验。结果表明,ZEOSIL175Gr白炭黑在混炼工艺过程中飞扬损失少,混炼胶各项性能稳定;TESPT(50%)用于含白炭黑的胎冠胶时受加料顺序的影响较小,采用后加偶联剂的方式焦烧时间延长17%;ZEOSIL175和ZEOSIL175Gr沉淀法白炭黑质量稳定,用于载重子午线轮胎胎冠胶中具有较好的抗焦烧性能和综合物理性能。
A study was made on the application of ZEOSIL 175 and ZEOSIL 175 Gr precipitated silicas to the crown of radial truck tire through the compounding tests in the laboratory and the pilot production.The results showed that ZEOSIL 175 Gr resulted in a less dusting flying during mixing and a mix with constant properties;the addition order had less effect on the mix properties when TESPT(50%) was used in the silica crown compound,and the scorch time increased by 17% when the coupling agent was added in the final mixing stage;ZEOSIL 175 and ZEOSIL 175 Gr precipitated silicas possessed constant quality and gave the crown of radial truck tire better scorch stability and other physical properties.
