摘要
针对原油性质优选脱除金属离子的原油增脱剂;在动态电脱盐试验仪上,验证静态试验评定的破乳剂和优化的电脱盐条件。实验结果证明,脱除原油中金属离子杂质,减少原油中导电物质,能有效地降低电脱盐的电流;工业应用试验证明,采用所选定的破乳剂和原油增脱剂以及优化的电脱盐工艺条件,电脱盐装置电流降低60%以上,稳定了装置操作,降低了能耗。
The crude desalting improver for removing metal ions was optimally selected based upon crude oil properties. The demulsifier and optimized electric desalting conditions evaluated on the static testing were verified on the dynamic electric desalting testing equipment. The pilot tests showed that the removal of mechanical impurities and reduction of conductive materials in the crude could effectively reduce the electric current in electric desalting. The commercial demonstration tests proved that the application of selected demulsifier and crude desahing improver and optimized desalting process conditions could lower the electric current of the desalter by over 60% in addition to the stable unit operation and reduced energy consumption.
