摘要
分析了成核剂对高光泽聚丙烯小家电专用料的光泽度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂协同效应具有提高聚丙烯小家电专用料性能、降低成本的作用,通过试验提出适合工业化生产的高光泽聚丙烯小家电专用料配方,即均聚聚丙烯树脂F401 100.00份、成核剂D 0.10份、抗氧剂0.20份、聚丙烯蜡0.30份。
Effects of nucleating agents on the gloss and mechanical properties of PP special material with high gloss were analyzed. The results show synergistic effect of nucleating agents can improve properties and reduce cost of PP special material with high gloss. So the formula for PP special material with high gloss can be given for industrialized manufacture. The formula includes 100.00 phr homo polypropylene(F401), 0.10 phr nucleating agent D, 0.20 phr antioxidant and 0.30 phr polypropylene wax.
