摘要
提出了低发泡硬质聚氯乙烯(RPVC)挤出成型的配方和工艺。研究了稳定剂、改性剂、发泡剂等配方因素对制品密度、表面、泡孔结构的影响,并讨论了制品密度与挤出工艺的关系。
The formulation and technology of extrusion low foam RPVC were given. The influence of stabilizer, modifier, foaming agent, ect. on density, surface and foam structure of articles was studied, and the relationship between the density of articles and technology of extrusion was discussed.
