摘要 通过分析藏红花挥发性化学成分,为藏红花的开发利用提供科学依据.采用同时蒸馏-萃取法提取藏红花挥发油,用气相色谱法分离,质谱法鉴定结构.结果表明藏红花挥发油的含量为4.30%,鉴定出46种化学成分,其中烯烃、烯烃氧化物及酸类化合物含量较高. To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analysis of the volatile oil in Staffron (Crocus sativus L. ). The volatile oil of Staffron ( Crocus sativus L. ) was extracted by tillation extraction, the components were separated by gas chromatography and The results show that the content of volatile oil of Staffron ( Crocus sativus L. the method of simultaneous disidentified by mass-spectrometry. ) was 4.30 %. 46 compounds in the volatile oil of Staffron ( Crocus sativus L. ) were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The higher chemical components in the volatile oil are alkenes components, alkene oxides and acids components.
