摘要
如何在旅游开发和经济发展的关系中保持无形文化已经成为一个重要话题,通过对四川盐亭嫘祖文化项目的走访调查,发现由于政府受经济利益驱使,无形文化主体保护不当,开发者缺乏对无形文化根基的尊重,虽自20世纪90年代初对嫘祖文化大力宣传打造,但10年后该项目仍然瘫痪不前。如果无形文化的保护一味与发展旅游带动经济盲目挂钩,无形文化则得不到有效保护和开发。
It has become an important topic how to keep intangible culture in the coordinate development between tourism and economy. Through interviews and surveys about the culture project of Leizu in Yanting County of Sichuan Province, the author has found the principal protection of the intangible cultural project is unsound and developers lack of respect to intangible cultural foundations just because the local government is driven by financial gains. Although a vigorous publicity about the Leizu Culture has been conducted since the early 1990s, this project is still paralyzed 10 years later. If the protection of intangible culture is artificially made for tourism development and economical promotion, intangible cultural heritage is doomed to be under ineffective protection and development.
