温莪术挥发性化学成分分析和指纹图谱研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的对10个来源不同的中药温莪术挥发油的化学成分进行定性定量分析,建立指纹图谱。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)并运用化学计量学方法辅助定性,运用"计算机辅助相似性评价系统"软件建立指纹图谱及其共有模式。结果10个样品共鉴定出34个共有组分,主要共有成分为桉叶素(Eucalyptol)、榄香烯(E lem ene)、莪术烯(Curzerene)、β-榄烯酮(β-E lem enone)、吉马酮(Germ acrone)、莪术二酮(Curd ione)、新莪术二酮(Neocurd ione)。所建立指纹图谱共有模式结果良好。结论指纹图谱和定性分析相结合是温莪术质量控制的一种好方法。 Objective To analyze the chemical composition in volatile oil from Curcuma aromatic Salisb.and establish the chromatographic fingerprints of the oil samples.Methods Volatile oils were investigated by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combined with chemometrics method.The chromatographic fingerprints as well as its common model was established by drawing assistance from "Computer Aidede Similarity Evaluation".Results Totally thirty-four common compounds were identified,of which Eucalyptol,Elemene,Curzerene,β-Elemenone,Germacrone,Curdione and Neocurdione were the major compounds.There was a little difference in the chemical composition among the ten samples but in percentages on many levels.On the other hand,the common model of chromatographic fingerprints was believable.Conclusion The common model of chromatographic fingerprints established on the ten samples provides theoretical basis for appraisal and quality control of commercial volatile oil from Curcuma aromatic Salisb..
