摘要
泵升混凝土在工业厂房钢管柱混凝土工程中得到广泛应用,但如何确定泵升压强,尤其是钢管柱中的压强变化,需要进一步研究。通过对宝钢不锈钢项目进行现场压强测量试验,得出钢管柱中压强随高度变化曲线,对压强损失有了更为清晰的了解。通过对现场测量数据的分析,得到泵车出口压强是一种脉冲压强形式,并提出泵车出口压强的计算方法,将泵车出口压强按稳流压强进行计算,即将计算出的稳流压强乘以一个脉冲放大系数λ,得到最终的泵车出口压强。
Pumping concrete technology has been extensively used in steel tube columns concrete engineering,however,the problem that how to determine pumping pressure,especially the pressure change in steel tube column,needs to be studied.Through on-site pressure measurement in Baosteel stainless project,the change curves of pressure accompanied with height in steel tube column are analyzed and the pressure loss is analyzed.According to those on-site measurements,it is indicated that the pumping pressure is pulse form.The pumping export pressure can be calculated by steady flow pressure multiplied a pulse amplification factor λ.
