摘要
团队中知识转移与共享难以实现的主要原因是每个团队成员的真正贡献难以区分。虽然团队成员关注自身能力的提高能有效地抑制"搭便车"行为的发生,但由于团队的高动态性使得团队中会存在短期行为。本文从剩余索取权的分配角度出发设计团队员工知识转移与共享的激励机制,通过员工自我监督,根据员工在知识转移与共享中的重要性分配剩余产出进行激励。
The main difficulty to achieve knowledge transfer and sharing in the team is difficult to distinguish the employees' genuine contribution. Although the team employees concern about increasing their own abilities can effectively restrain the "free ride" behavior, the team will be the existence of short - term behavior due to the team ' s high dynamic character. This paper designs the incentive mechanism of knowledge transfer and sharing in the team from the residual distribution. Distribute the remaining output through the em- ployees' self - monitoring and according to the importance in the knowledge transfer and sharing.
