摘要
针对南京市某汽车制造厂涂装车间油漆槽降温系统能耗大、油漆温度控制精度差的状况,选择了更换冷水机组、完善自动控制、采用冷却塔供冷的改造方案,提高了控制精度,降低了运行成本,取得了良好的经济效益。
According to the situation of a cooling system for the paint gutter in a automobile paint workshop in Nanjing which had large energy consumption and poor temperature control precision, the author provided the modification by exchanged the water chiller, improved the automatic system and used the technology of tower cooling. The modification could reduce working cost, and got the fine economic effect.
