摘要
研究了不同的样品表面处理方法对测定薄板钢样中氧的影响。经试验,确认采用由磷酸、醋酸和硝酸组成的化学抛光液可将薄板表面的涂层和氧化层处理干净。运用正交试验法对化学抛光处理薄板的温度、时间和试样重量3个因素进行了优化,并对影响分析结果准确度的因素进行了探讨,最终确定了因素的最佳水平,即浸泡时间:2min,温度:70℃,样重:0.4~0.5g。实验证明,化学抛光比机械抛光简单易行,经化学抛光液处理的试样对氮的测定结果无影响,可进行氧氮联测,测定薄板中氧和氮的结果相对标准偏差小于4.4%,能满足实际生产中的检测要求。
The influence of different surface treatment methods on determining oxygen in steel sheet has been studied. The experimental results showed that the coating layer and oxide layer on the surface of steel sheet could be cleaned up by chemical polishing treatment. The chemical polishing fluid consisted of phosphoric acid, acetic acid and nitric acid. Three factors including time, temperature, and sample weight were optimized with orthogonal test method, and the factors affecting the accuracy of determination result were discussed in detail. The optimal value determined as follows: soaking for 2 min; temperature at 70℃; and 0. 4--0.5 g of sample weight. The chemical polishing treatment is easier and more effective than the mechanical polishing treatment, and had no influence on measuring nitrogen in the sample. As a result, it was feasible to determine nitrogen and oxygen at the same time. Relative standard deviation of the results was less than 4.4% for determining both of oxygen and nitrogen in steel sheet by using chemical polishing treatment. This method could meet the practical requirements of production testing.
