摘要
凸轮轮廓曲线的绘制繁琐,曲面生成过程复杂。以直动推杆盘形凸轮为例,首先通过对凸轮的参数化建模,求得凸轮的轮廓曲线方程,利用Pro/E软件,得到凸轮的模型图;然后利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,在VC的编程环境下编译和连接,生成可执行文件;最后在Pro/E环境下注册运行,用户只需要输入凸轮的参数,即可自动生成所需要的三维实体,从而缩短研发周期,提高工作效率。
Generally, it is complex to draw the cam outline curve and to generate the surface. This paper takes disc cam with pushing bar as an example. Firstly, the cain's curve equation is obtained by parametric modeling. Using Pro/E, we get the cam's model diagram. Secondly, the executable file is generated in VC environment by applying the CAD secondary development tool Pro/ Toolkit. In the end,after the program being registered in Pro/E,users input the cain's parameters and the 3D solid will be generated automatically. So the system could greatly shorten the design period and improve work efficiency.
