LC/MS(n)法检测补肾壮阳类中成药和保健食品中非法添加5种性功能类化学药品 被引量:21

摘要 目的:利用LC/MS(n))对补肾壮阳类中成药和保健食品中添加的性功能类化学药品阿朴吗啡、育亨宾、伐地那非、西地那非和前列地尔的检测方法进行了研究。方法:采用ZORBAX SB C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min;采用离子阱质谱,ESI(±)检测,建立了包含保留时间与MS(n)谱图的标准谱库。结果:阿朴吗啡、育亨宾、伐地那非和西地那非均产生[M+H]+分子离子峰,前列地尔产生[M-H]-分子离子峰;MS(n)谱图的特征碎片离子明显。结论:方法简便、可靠、准确。可作为检测补肾壮阳类中成药和保健食品中非法添加化学药品的方法。 AIM: To determine 5 different aphrodisiacs,including apomorphine,yohimbine,vardenafil,sildenafil and alprostadil,adulterated into Chinese proprietary medicine by LC/MS(n),and build a laboratory library including MS(n) spectra and retention time. METHODS: ZORBAX SB C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was applied.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.5% formic acid changing by linear gradient elution,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The ion trap mass spectrometer with positive ion mode electrospray(ESI±)was applied. RESULTS: In the mass spectrum apomorphine, yohimbine, vardenafil and sildenafil showed abun- dant pseudomolecular ion [ M + H ] + , and alprostadil showed abundant pseudomolecular ion [ M-H ] -. All the MS (n) spectra showed characteristic product ion. CONCLUSION: It is proved that the method is simple, reliable and suitable to determin aphrodisiac adulterated to health food.
