简要介绍了水、土壤和粮食中农药及其代谢物酶免疫分析技术的原理。
This article briefly introduces the technique of enzyme-immunoassay (EIA) on pesticides and metabolites in water, soil and grain. The basic types, principles and the prospect of future application and further development of EIA were discussed.
