摘要
由于甲醇-丙酮是农药残留测定使用最普遍的提取溶剂,并有着很高的提取效率,因此,假定蔬菜水果表面的化学农药能被甲醇-丙酮全部洗除。通过测定蔬菜水果农药残留总量、洗涤剂洗后残留量和甲醇-丙酮洗后的残留量,就可计算出洗涤剂的洗涤效率。洗涤试验表明,所研制的蔬菜水果专用清洗剂对表面残留农药有着较好的洗除效率,其平均值超过70%。
Methanol and acetone are the common extracting solvents used in the determination of pesticide residues and can result in very high recoveries. Assuming that the mixture of methanol and acetone ( 1:1) can wash off all the pesticide residues on the surfaces, the removal rates of the developed detergent for pesticide residues are obtained by calculating the pesticide residues before wash, after wash with the detergent and after wash with the mixture. The experimental results indicated that the developed detergent was effective in removing the surfacial pesticide residues on vegetables and fruits with an average removal rate more than 70%.
