摘要 采用先进的优化控制技术于油品调和过程,最优化利用贵重组分油,卡边控制成品油的质量,使成品油的各项指标控制在最优范围内。针对汽油调和的工艺过程,用非线性的计算方法及变模型优化控制技术,结合DCS和近红外分析仪,开发、实施了在线优化调和控制系统。根据青岛炼化公司汽油在线优化调和系统实施的情况来看,当某一组分汽油的性质发生变化,系统能很快地调整各项指标在最优范围内,且每一步都是在变量的可控范围内,从而实现了汽油调和的连续生产和全局最优经济效益。 The advanced optimal control technology is applied to the oil blending process to make maximum use of expensive component, to control strictly the quality of blended gasoline, to control each index of blended gasoline in the optimal range. The online optimization blending control system has been developed and realized by the nonlinear algorithm and model changeable optimization control technology with DCS and infrared analyzers. According to the situation of the online optimization gasoline blending system in QRC, it is found that the system can adjust each index in the optimal range when the character of petrol changes and the variable is in controllable scope in each step. So the continuous production and general best economic benefit can be realized.
