摘要
建立了一种无需样品前处理、直接进样、电导检测饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的离子色谱分析方法。采用配有抑制型电导检测器的国产离子色谱仪,以ShodexSI-524E阴离子色谱柱为分析柱,3.6mmol/L的Na2CO3溶液为淋洗液,流速为0.7ml/min,进样体积为500μl。该方法在5~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性(r=0.99997),相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.0%,实际样品的加标回收率在95.8%~105.8%之间,方法检出限为2μg/L,能满足相关标准的要求。设备购置费用低,方法操作简便,精密度高,重现性好,运行成本低,结果令人满意,具有很好的实用价值。
A method of determining trace bromate in drinking water by an ion chromatograph was established with direct injection and conductivity detection but without sample pre-treatment. A Chinese-made ion chromatograph equipped with a suppressed conductivity detector was used with Shodex SI-52 4E negative ion chromatograph as the analytical column and 3.6 mmol/L Na2CO3 as the gradient eluent,the flow rate was 0.7 ml/min and the injection volume 500 μl. This method showed nice linearity (r = 0.99997)within the range of 5 - 100 μg/L, the RSD was less than 5.0%, the actual recovery of sample was 95.8 - 105.8% and the detection limit of bromate was 2 μg/L which could fully satisfy the requirements of the related standards. The method is of high practical value as it has the advantages of cheap equipment, easy operation, high sensitivity, good repeatability, low cost and satisfactory determination result availability.
