摘要
地下空间的开发建设成为城市发展的必然趋势,而系统性的地下空间规划显得十分重要。结合厦门市的地下空间规划编制实践,探讨地下空间总体规划的编制内容、特点与方法,指出地下空间总体规划具有系统性、预见性、控制性和引导性等特点,并提供了《厦门市地下空间开发利用规划》的主要内容、编制组织方式、主要技术指标、重要节点控制等具体实例,提出地下空间总体规划编制需进一步深入研究的主要问题,以期为地下空间规划的编制提供借鉴意义。
Development and utilization of underground space is an inevitable trend during city development and a systematic underground space planning is very important.Based on the practice of underground space planning in Xiamen,the content,characteristic,method of underground space planning were presented.This paper introduces the main content,index system of underground space exploitation planning of Xiamen,proposes the characteristics of the underground space planning,which include systematicness,predictive, control lability and guidance. It will provide a reference for underground space planning.
