摘要
找出我国选手与世界高水平选手的差距,反映我国花样滑冰单人滑整体实力水平,对提高我国单人滑选手竞技水平具有重要作用。对2008年"中国杯"世界花样滑冰大奖赛进行比较分析,结果表明:我国单人滑选手在短节目和自由滑比赛中,技术水平和节目内容水平均与国外高水平选手之间存在较大差距,主要表现在跳跃技术动作的质量和稳定性、节目编排和运动员的艺术表现力等方面,整体实力水平与世界高水平相差甚远。提出应加强我国花样滑冰单人滑运动员专项体能训练和技术训练,提高运动员的艺术修养,创作团队也应加强节目编排能力,使其更完美地表现艺术魅力,同时应加强科研监控并有效预防伤病,将是促进我国花样滑冰单人滑运动员竞技水平大幅提高的有效途径。
It＇s important for improving the competitive ability of Chinese single figure skaters to find out the difference between Chinese skaters and world - level skaters and to understand the overall strength level of Chinese single skating. The result shows that there is a biggish difference of technique level and program con- tent level between Chinese skaters and foreign world - level ones in the competition of short program and free skating, which difference mainly ,happens in caper technical quality and stability, program arrangement and skaters＇ artistic performance. The overall strength level of Chinese single figure skating is far away from the world - level. It suggests that Chinese single figure skaters should strengthen the special physical training and technical training and improve the artistic performance. The programming team should reinforce the programming ability into better artistic level. It should be to have scientific monitoring and prevent the sports injury. These means may greatly improve the competitive ability of Chinese single figure skaters.
