速滑运动是一项培养周期非常长的运动项目,培养一个速滑世界冠军,至少需要15年左右时间。在这漫长时间里,不仅要训练好,同时也要恢复好,而且只有恢复好,才能训练好,才能取得优异的运动成绩。恢复是速滑运动员极其重要的任务,更是速滑教练员的工作重心之一。通过对速滑世界冠军王曼丽多年训练中在恢复上出现的问题进行总结,分析了王曼丽的教练所采取的针对性训练措施,论述了速滑运动员的恢复训练的重要性,从训练计划、训练负荷强度、训练方法、手段和形式以及重视心理恢复等多方面,阐述了速滑运动员恢复训练原则和训练实施方案,并介绍了多种辅助手段,以供现在负责青少年速滑训练的教练员培养未来世界冠军借鉴和参考。
The speed skating is a sports event which needs long training cycle. For developing a world champion of speed skating, it's necessary to spend at lowest 15 years. In so long time, a good training is as important as a good recovery. A good training and outstanding achievement can be actualized only by a good recovery. Recovery is not only very important for a skater, but also a keystone of coach's work. By summarizing the multi year recovery training problems of the world champion - WANG Man - li, the article analyzes her eoach's correlative training means. It discusses the importance of Skater's recovery training and expatiates the training principle and embodiment from following aspects: training plan, training load intensity, training method, means and modes and psychological recovery and several auxiliary means, as a reference for the coaches of junior skaters to develop more world champions.
