摘要
2004年以来花样滑冰国际规则出现了较大的变化,对我国选手产生了一定的影响,运用文献资料法对2004～2008年中国杯和世界锦标赛的成绩进行分析,探讨新裁判系统对包括我国选手在内的各国选手的影响。通过研究认为跳跃技术是我国选手的优势,在一套自由滑中,跳跃动作是我国选手得分的主要来源,步法和旋转的质量和难度不稳定,拉低了整套节目的技术得分,体能不足制约了我国运动员节目的整体质量。建议我国运动员采用目标训练法,以节目为中心加强运动员的体能,提高节目的整体质量。
The international rule of figure skating has been big changed since 2004 year and has certainly influenced on Chinese skaters. With the method of documentary information, the article analyzes the results of Chinese skaters in China cup and world championship competitions from 2004 to 2008 year. It discusses the influence of new judging system on every skater from all over the world. It thinks that Chinese skaters have ascendency in the jump technique, the jump movement is the main score source of Chinese skaters in the free skating program, the quality and difficulty of Chinese skaters＇footwork and rotation are unstable so that the technical score of whole program comes down, the poor physical condition restricts the whole quality of Chinese skaters＇performance. It suggests that Chinese skaters may use the target training method with the core of program to improve the physical condition and the program whole quality.
