摘要
GIS、RS、GPS、ES等技术已在环保领域得到大量应用,但大多只能提供低层次的辅助决策功能,为支持环境领域的中高层决策,本文提出了环境决策支持系统(EDSS)的建设。文中介绍了环境系统的特点,GIS、RS、ES技术特点和其对EDSS的支持,阐述了当前软件技术和EDSS的开发模型,指出利用组件对象模型(COM)技术进行GIS、RS、ES系统集成,是开发EDSS的简洁、实用的方案。最后介绍了本模型的简单应用过程。
Abstract GIS,RS and ES techniques have been used widely in the fields of environmental protection.However,current application systems work only as tools of low standard decision making.To support a higher standard decision making,this article put forward the construction of environmental decision making support system(EDSS).In this paper the characteristics of environmental system,GIS,RS,ES are briefly introduced,and common methods of building EDSS are proposed.After the short introduction of current software technique,a developing model of EDSS are explained,where it is pointed that using Component Objective Model(COM)technique to integrate GIS,RS and ES into a EDSS is a efficient and easy method.At last,a procedure about the usage of the system is proposed.
