摘要
实践社区研究反映了现代知识管理研究的深入和发展。国内外大多数研究采用定性的方法,研究实践社区的活动内容、影响因素及作用机制;最新的取向则主张采用问卷调查和访谈的方式研究实践社区的团体心理及行为特征,不同研究方法所得到的实践社区的心理结构维度具有一定的差异。研究表明,社区成员的学习力、创新力、满意感、共同愿景、沟通方式及主观幸福感是构成实践社区行为特征的主要因素,而实践社区则通过社区团队的行为变量影响整个组织的绩效和创造力,进而制约企业知识管理体系框架的性质。文章在系统回顾国内外相关文献的基础上,分析了以往研究结果产生分歧的原因以及实践社区研究中团体行为特征变量的整合问题,指出了当前研究的不足并对未来研究进行了展望。
The study of practice communites is a typical reflection of the further knowledge management in modern time. Quality research method is applied in most of practice communites studies on its contents, influential factors and funtional mechansism in the past; New trend holds that methods of questionaire survey, inter- view should be used to detect the group mental statement and behavoural features of pracifice communities, for different research methods lead to various results. Studies shows the main factors of the behavoural feature are learning ability, creativity, feelings of satisfaction, common expectation, ways of communication and subjective well-being, while the achievement and creativity of practice communities is affected by the group＇ s behavour variable, which further restricts the nature of the knowledge management system. In this paper, some faults and reasons why the previous studies diversed are analyzed, as well as the integration to group＇ s behavour variable, we also specualte on the direction of future studies.
