摘要
针对无汞荧光灯的工作特点,研制了稀土硼酸盐红粉材料。实验表明,较好的组成式为Y0.50Gd0。45Eu0.05BO3,合成时硼酸过量15%,适宜的灼烧条件为1140℃,保温2h。粉体既有较高的发光强度,又有适宜的粒度及分散性能可满足粉浆配制要求,制得的无汞荧光灯可具有较高的转换效率。
The red phosphor for mercury-free fluorescent lamp was synthesized. The experimental result shows that the optimum chemical composition of the red phosphor is Y0.50Gd0.45Eu0.05BO3 Under the preparation condition of 1140℃ 2h and with the 15% excess of boric acid, the phosphor has high luminescent efficiency, and meets the requirements of lamp producing technology.
