摘要
针对生物法处理难降解有机废水时去除率不高、停留时间长、难于达标排放等缺点,提出一种新的预处理方法——萃取置换法,并以乙草胺废水的处理为例,从萃取剂的筛选、工艺的优化、技术经济评价等方面进行了分析研究.结果表明,二甲苯作为萃取剂能将废水的BOD5/COD从0提高到0.476,且不需反萃操作;当乙草胺浓度为100mg/L时,萃取置换法投资较小;当浓度增大到500mg/L时,萃取置换法在投资及净现值方面都明显优于生物法.
For the low removal efficiency,long retention time and difficulty in meeting discharge standard of biological treatment process for nonbiodegradable wastewater,a novel pre treatment named extract replace process is put forward and applied to the pre treatment of acetochlor wastewater.The Process is discussed from the point of view of extract screening,process optimization and technical economy evaluation.The result shows:xylene,as an extractant,can improve obviously the ratio of BOD 5/COD of acetochlor wastewater from 0 to 0 476 and reextract operation may be cancelled.When the concentration of acetochlor is 100mg/L,extract replace process has smaller investment.When the concentration of acetochlor is 500mg/L,extract replace is superior to biological process in investment and net present value.
