摘要
菊芋块茎中含有丰富的菊糖,菊糖具有许多重要的生理保健功能。以菊芋块茎为原料,采用单因素试验设计和正交试验设计方法,对料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取液与乙醇比4个因素进行研究。结果表明:菊芋菊糖热水浸提的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1:10、温度90℃、浸提时间120 min、提取液与乙醇比1:4。
Jerusalem artichoke tuber is rich in inulin which has many important physiological functions. This article, with Jerusalem artichoke tuber as material, studied 4 factors of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time, extraction temperature, extracted liquid- ethanol ratio in hydrothermal method, and made single factor experiments and orthogonal test. The results show the optimal process condition of hydrothermal method are: solid-liquid ratio 1:10, temperature 90℃, extraction time 120min, extracted liquid- ethanol 1:4.
