摘要
目前我国国产600MW超临界机组普遍未实现机组快速甩负荷(FCB)功能。提出在未设计FCB功能的情况下,通过对热工和电气控制系统进行局部改造实现国产600MW超临界机组FCB功能的方法,如FCB信号设计,增加锅炉电磁泄压阀联锁开、磨煤机自动切除功能和汽轮机转速控制方式切换等。介绍FCB试验情况,分析试验数据,并对试验过程中存在的问题提出了解决对策。试验表明,通过控制系统局部改造实现国产600MW超临界机组FCB功能是完全可行的。
The function of fast cut back (FCB) has not been widely implemented among the 600 MW supercritieal units. A method, through thermal and electrical control system retrofit to implement the function of FCB in the 600 MW supercritical units, is proposed. The retrofit include FCB signal design, (PCV)open, mill automatic removal,turbine speed control mode switch and so on. FCB experiment is introduced, experiment data is analyzed and countermeasure is proposed to solve the problems in the experiment. The result shows that FCB function can be implemented through control system local retrofit in 600 MW supercritieal units.
